Ingredients:
Citrus sinensis (from cold pressing of peel)  
 
Warning: Phototoxic, avoid direct sunlight exposure after use. Consult your healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. Dilute if using on children. 
 
Recommended uses: 
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 3-5 drops of essential oil. 
Diffuse – Add 10-12 drops of essential oil to diffuser, as desired. 
Inhale – Place 1-2 drops on your hands, rub them together, and inhale. 
Massage – In 1 oz. carrier, add 6-8 drops of essential oil. 
Mist – Use 8-10 drops with 1 oz. carrier, water, or Plant Derived Minerals. Add to bottle, shake, and spray.  
Topical – Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to 3 drops carrier and apply as needed. 
Home – For laundry use, add 3-5 drops of oil to a rag and use as a dryer sheet.
